Running Video Analysis

How long does the flight phase last during a running stride? How exactly does your body move in space while you run? These questions—and many more—are answered in our running analysis.

Our experience and the video-based running analysis provide you with valuable data about your health and running performance.

What can I expect from a running video analysis?

Based on an anamnesis discussion and capturing your running biography, we will record videos of you on the treadmill.
Outdoor videos are also possible upon request.

Will I receive an evaluation?

Of course! We will send you your video—including the evaluation—promptly via email.

How much does a running video analysis cost?

We charge 169.- for a 90‑minute session, including the evaluation via email.

Running Coordination

Targeted coordination exercises for an athletic, harmonious running style give your training new impetus. Together, we practice the exercises for running technique and explore ways to enhance them. This enables you to seamlessly integrate the exercises into your training and achieve rapid progress.

In this training, we improve your running style with targeted exercises. As a result, you will achieve better running performance, become faster in the long term, and proactively prevent injuries.

Running Strength Exercises

Regular strength training is the foundation for injury-free running and a healthy running style. Through specific strength exercises, you can not only boost your performance but also actively prevent injuries. I will show you targeted exercises that you can perform at home. These include exercises with a mini-band, bodyweight exercises, and stretching routines.
What benefits do running strength exercises offer me?

Your musculoskeletal system becomes stronger and better tolerates strain. Thus, you act preventively against injuries and benefit from improved running performance.

About me

My name is Tamara Kamm, and I am a physiotherapist and runner.

Since childhood, I have laced up my running shoes for various running events to compete with other athletes.

At 21, I transitioned to long-distance running (5000m – marathon) in 2015, achieving several notable successes at the Swiss Championships (U23 and Senior) and major events. Since the end of the COVID pandemic and my pregnancy in May 2021, I have returned as a competitive runner, continuing to compete in distances from 5km to marathon. Over the past two years, I have significantly improved my performance and look forward to further progress in my training.
