My name is Tamara Kamm, and I am a physiotherapist and runner.
Since childhood, I have laced up my running shoes for various running events to compete with other athletes.
At 21, I transitioned to long-distance running (5000m – marathon) in 2015, achieving several notable successes at the Swiss Championships (U23 and Senior) and major events. Since the end of the COVID pandemic and my pregnancy in May 2021, I have returned as a competitive runner, continuing to compete in distances from 5km to marathon. Over the past two years, I have significantly improved my performance and look forward to further progress in my training.
